🎉 Will we receive a physical invitation?

NO physical item will be shipped & all of our video invitation are Digital Video File. You can download and save it through your phone and it absolutely supports iOS and Android.

The video invitation is an MP4 file video invitation that can be shared to as many people as you want- as many times as you need! 

🎉 How to order your Video Invitation 

1. Please add items to the cart and fill up the Personalization field.

2. we will edit and send it in the next 48 hrs ⌚ after your purchase. If any changes are necessary, the price includes a round of change

3. You can share it with your family and friends through IG, Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp, Email, or upload it on your Facebook event page (This is an actual video invitation, not a website/youtube link. You can download and save it through your phone)

 🎉 How long to receive our customized invitations?

Our current turnaround time is 1- 2 days.

Please review the spelling and punctuation carefully!

 🎉 Can I change the design/color/wording?

– Only wording and music can be changed.

– Changes in colors or elements can be done by purchasing an extra edition (reach us with your request to receive the right listing/link to order) as add more customization in the finish.

 🎉 How to access the invitation in Android phones?

Please be advised that most android phones decreases the quality of the video making it blurry and unreadable at the recipient's end.

However, if you need to send it , you can upload your video invite to your personal Google Drive or to Video platforms like Youtube or Vimeo and just text the video link to your guests!
