RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing  You Are Not Invited. We truly appreciate your trust in us for your special event.
Because all our invitations aredigital products that are instantly delivered, our refund policy is slightly different from traditional physical goods.


1. Digital Products – Final Sale  

All our video invitations and instant-download files arefinal sale. Once your digital item is delivered to your email or download link, we cannot offer a refund forchange of mind or accidental purchase.
This is standard practice across the digital-design industry, as digital files can’t be “returned” once accessed.


2. When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement  

We want every customer to have a smooth experience. You may be eligible for arefund or replacement if one of the following applies:

  • 🟢File Not Delivered or Download Issue
    You made the payment, but the download link didn’t arrive or isn’t working.

  • 🟢Wrong File or Major Error
    You received a completely different design, or the file has technical errors that prevent you from using it as described in the listing.

  • 🟢Duplicate or Billing Error
    You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.

If your situation fits one of these cases, please contact us within7 days of purchase, and we’ll fix the issue, resend the file, or issue a refund if we can’t resolve it.

4. What’s Not Eligible for Refund  

To stay fair and consistent with our competitors, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Customer errors (e.g., wrong name/date entered, wrong item purchased)

  • Requests for new customization not included in the package

  • Change of mind after downloading or viewing the final file

  • Delays caused by the customer not providing necessary details on time

However, we’re always happy to offerminor corrections or revisions when possible to keep your experience positive.
